Contact With Other Groups
The Pueblo People did have contact with other groups. The Zunis traded alot with other tribes of the South West. The Zunis are one of the Pueblo Peoples groups. Pueblo trade routes reached into Mexico and to the California Coast, giving Pueblo Craftsmen with shells, coral and turquoise for their jewellery. One of their favorite trading partners where the Navajos and Comanches. The Navajos and Comanches tribes often fought with eachother. The Zunis traded silver with the Navajos and Mexicans. Taking it way back, "Zuni Salt Lake" was the earliest destination to trade and mingle with others. For their leisure and daily lives, the Pueblo People mainy were reserved to themselves. They had many people to keep them entertained in their tribes. Most contact with others was due to trade.
This here is a picture of Zuni Salt Lake, where the earliest contact between Pueblos and other tribes had started.
